Returns:

Our goal is for our products to meet and exceed your expectations. For that reason, if you are not satisfied with your order, we accept the return of the items, as long as they are in a new and unused condition, with all original packaging, and with all its components included. To return an item and to receive a prompt and full refund please email us at veronica@vemeartesanal.com.

Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

The merchandise purchased online must be returned by mail. All returns of online orders, must be returned within 15 days from the day the order was delivered.
